利用規約

Bookkoo の Web サイト、API、または関連サービスにアクセスまたは利用することにより、本規約および適用される法令を遵守することに同意します。

出品内容、価格、在庫の正確性、および事業を行う地域の消費者保護規則への適合は、お客様の責任です。

Order confirmation and manual approval

Certain products may be configured by the supplier to require manual confirmation rather than instant confirmation. For these products, once a customer completes payment, the order enters a pending-confirmation status and is not automatically confirmed.

The supplier must confirm or decline a pending order within the confirmation deadline stated in the product's booking terms (currently seventy-two (72) hours from the time of payment). Suppliers are responsible for monitoring their order queue and acting within this deadline.

If the supplier does not confirm or decline the order before the confirmation deadline, the order is automatically cancelled by Bookkoo and the customer receives a full refund of the amount paid, without any further action, negotiation, or exception. The supplier is not entitled to any compensation, fee, or claim in connection with an order cancelled and refunded under this clause.

Supplier payouts and fund holding

When a customer completes a booking, payment is collected by Bookkoo and held in accordance with these terms. Eligible booking proceeds are retained by Bookkoo until twenty (20) calendar days after the scheduled departure date for that booking.

After this holding period, the net amount payable to the supplier is transferred automatically to the supplier's connected payment gateway account (for example, Stripe Connect). Funds typically become available for withdrawal in that account one (1) calendar day after the automatic transfer is initiated, subject to the policies and processing times of the payment provider.

If a customer submits a complaint relating to an order, payout of the associated funds may be paused and held by Bookkoo until the complaint is reviewed and resolved. Automatic transfers and withdrawals will not proceed for affected orders while an unresolved complaint remains open.

If a customer pays in a currency different from the supplier's settlement currency, the payment is converted using an exchange rate obtained from Bookkoo's payment gateway or another third-party rate provider at the time of the transaction. This rate may differ from rates available through other sources due to timing differences or differences between rate providers, and Bookkoo makes no guarantee as to its accuracy. By using Bookkoo's services, the supplier acknowledges and accepts this exchange-rate risk.

The supplier further acknowledges that the exact settlement date and time, the applicable currency conversion rate, and any payment processing fees are determined by the payment gateway (for example, Stripe Connect) and its own policies, and may vary or change without prior notice. Bookkoo is not responsible for delays, discrepancies, or losses arising from the payment gateway's determination of these amounts or timing.

Content and image rights

You are solely responsible for all photos, descriptions, and other content you upload to Bookkoo, including ensuring that you own or hold the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and publish that content. Bookkoo does not review uploaded content for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property compliance, and makes no representation as to its ownership or licensing status.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bookkoo harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from content you upload that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of a third party. Bookkoo reserves the right to remove any content that is alleged or found to infringe such rights, without prior notice.
