Terms and conditions

By accessing or using Bookkoo websites, APIs, or related services, you agree to these terms and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, pricing, availability, and compliance with consumer protection regulations in the markets where you operate.

Supplier payouts and fund holding

When a customer completes a booking, payment is collected by Bookkoo and held in accordance with these terms. Eligible booking proceeds are retained by Bookkoo until twenty (20) calendar days after the scheduled departure date for that booking.

After this holding period, the net amount payable to the supplier is transferred automatically to the supplier's connected payment gateway account (for example, Stripe Connect). Funds typically become available for withdrawal in that account one (1) calendar day after the automatic transfer is initiated, subject to the policies and processing times of the payment provider.

If a customer submits a complaint relating to an order, payout of the associated funds may be paused and held by Bookkoo until the complaint is reviewed and resolved. Automatic transfers and withdrawals will not proceed for affected orders while an unresolved complaint remains open.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bookkoo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
